Rabbi Jacob Arar

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Rabbi Jacob Arar on Friday, August 1, 2014, in Athens, Greece. He will long be remembered as the chief Rabbi of Greece and of Athens, a community he served for many decades, with devotion and distinction.
